If you use chatbot.bd for your business

You can delete conversations and contacts yourself in the app, or ask us to delete your whole account. If you connected Facebook Pages through Facebook Login, you can also remove chatbot.bd in Facebook under Settings → Business Integrations. We then disconnect your pages and delete the stored access tokens automatically.

If you wrote to a business that uses chatbot.bd

Your messages are held for that business, which decides how they are used. Please ask the business first. You can also send us a request below: tell us which business or page you wrote to and the name or phone number you used, so we can find your messages. We will confirm by email, and we may ask for more detail to make sure we are deleting the right person's data.
